Days Inn by Wyndham Luray Shenandoah

Decent hotel. I’ve been here twice don’t have any complaints other than they Don’t really have a good choice for breakfast but thankfully I brought my own stuff.

It is a budget friendly hotel that was reasonably clean. The location was quiet and accessible to Lurray Caverns. The front desk employee, Bill, was very kind and friendly. The room is was a good size for 2 people. On site breakfast is offered (coffee, muffins and granola bars) and there was an outdoor pool. We did not access the pool nor have breakfast. It was a good stay. No frills, but had a comfortable bed. The shower head had very weak water pressure and the toilet struggled to flush. Overall would return for a no nonsense stay for a reasonable cost.

I recently stayed at this motel for two days with my family. On the first day, we encountered an issue with the toilet flush not working. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and promptly tried to resolve the problem. When it couldn’t be fixed immediately, they arranged a room change for us without any hassle. I would especially like to mention the room service lady (unfortunately, I forgot her name), who was extremely kind and did her best to assist us. The motel’s location is beautiful — just 4 miles from Luray Caverns and about 6 miles from Walmart. My kids had a wonderful time playing on the lawn in the evenings. They have recently renovated the rooms and they rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, we had a pleasant stay, thanks to the excellent staff support and the lovely surroundings.

A nice decent motel, where you can stay and wifi also available to just relax, when you come for a vacation over there to visit Tourist places. The rooms also have a microwave for the food to get warm and cozy while eating.

Perfect drive from DC for a quiet romantic weekend getaway here for an affordable price, new renovations, cleanliness, large suites, professionalism, and snacks on site. Malls, scenery, dive restaurants like cooters are all around.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a quick weekend to see Luray Caverns. The hotel was out of town and very quiet. It is an older Days Inn but we were traveling with a dog and having a first floor outside access room was perfect. Also, the grounds are huge with a big mowed field and outside picnic tables so there was a great area for walking the dog. The room was clean and everything was in working order. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I’d give it a 3.5 if I could - the location was very convenient, rooms were clean but small. FYI no breakfast but there were hot drinks in the lobby. Overall a decent place to stay if visiting Luray Caverns.

Conveniently located hotel with a very good price -- hard to find reasonably priced overnight options... trust me, I checked. Great for a one- or two-night stayover. Courteous staff here were informative and professional. Also on the plus side, rooms were quite adequate with everything you need available, such as a mini fridge, microwave, and all the other stuff typically expected. Ice machine easily accessed and a variety of coffee and hot drinks available in the morning with some muffins and granola bars offered. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water in the shower. Only problems we encountered were that we would have liked another blanket, to be honest, bc the electric split system heaters are too drying of the air, but the temperature made it too cool to turn off completely. Also, an outdoor light shined in above the curtain top at night, and the sink faucet was wonky, but workable. If you want fancy and more luxury, go someplace else; but if clean, comfortable, and convenient is what you want, this place checks all the boxes.
